Job Title: Finance Manager — UK & Cayman Funds
Location: Delhi, IndiaReporting To: Finance Head Hiring Entity: PGM & Associates, on behalf of a UK & Cayman-based Investment Funds________________________________________About the RoleWe are seeking a Finance & Operations Executive to support the setup and ongoing operations of UK & Cayman-based investment funds.The candidate will work closely with funds administrators, finance teams, auditors, bankers & other service providers to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.This position offers exposure to international funds structures, UK GAAP/IFRS reporting, and end-to-end funds operations while working with an experienced CA firm in India.________________________________________Key Responsibilities1. Funds Operations & Accounting• Assist in the pre-launch financial setup for the funds (chart of accounts, banking coordination, and accounting systems).• Handle daily bookkeeping, NAV preparation, and reconciliations for funds entities.• Coordinate with the UK team on investor subscriptions, redemptions, and capital calls.• Maintain cash flow statements, expense accruals, and inter-company reconciliations.• Support preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports.• Interaction with various service providers and ensuring compliances in all Jurisdiction and deal with regulators• Verifying & keeping records for the investments made by the funds.• Payroll processing and social security and similar compliances• Return & form filings 2. Financial Reporting & Compliance• Assist in preparation of annual financial statements under UK GAAP or IFRS.• Work with auditors for year-end closing and statutory compliance.• Support documentation for FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) and other UK regulatory requirements.• Ensure timely and accurate MIS reporting to management and funds stakeholders.3. Coordination & Communication• Collaborate with fund managers, Investment team, administrators, and accountants.• Maintain effective communication across time zones.• Coordinating with all service providers and ensuring compliance in all jurisdiction• Support automation and process improvement initiatives for funds operations.• Assisting in due diligence4. Pre-launch & Ongoing Support• Participate in fund onboarding, policy documentation, and investor due diligence.• Assist in setting up internal control frameworks and reporting templates before fund launch.• Coordinate with legal and tax teams for compliance documentation.________________________________________Required Qualifications• Chartered Accountant (CA), CWA, ACCA, or MBA (Finance) preferred. • 6 months to 2 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or investment operations.• Proficiency in Excel, Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks, and comfort with cloud-based accounting platforms.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.________________________________________Preferred Skills• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.• Experience with UK clients or funds (hedge funds, PE, VC, or asset management) will be a strong advantage.• Experience in audit or accounting firms handling overseas clients.________________________________________Compensation & Benefits• Based on qualification, experience and skillset- 12 lacs• Continuous learning and training opportunities in international finance.• Career progression to Fund Controller / Operations Manager roles.________________________________________Tentative Start Date: November- December 2025
