About The Opportunity

Join a dynamic player in the Financial Services and Corporate Finance sector, where cutting‐edge financial strategies meet operational excellence. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented Finance Manager ready to drive growth and efficiency in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Mumbai, India.Role & Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting process, including coordination with departments and preparation of consolidated budgets. Track and monitor budget utilization and analyze variances between actual and budgeted performance. Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to assess the impact of changes in key assumptions (e.g., pricing, volumes, costs) on financial outcomes. Perform detailed financial analysis to support expense approvals, cost optimization, and business decisions. Develop and maintain monthly MIS reports and dashboards for performance monitoring. Conduct security and investment analysis to support decision-making in financial planning. Prepare yearly financial statements in coordination with auditors and ensure timely completion of audit reports. File tax returns for both direct and indirect taxation by coordinating with company appointed tax advisors.

Analyze current and past trendsin key performance indicatorsincluding revenue, cost ofsales, operating expenses, and capital expenditure.Identify and investigate reasons for unexpected financial variances and provide actionable insights.Oversee the development and continuous improvement of financial models, forecasting tools, and the operating plan.Prepare and present detailed financial presentations and reports for the Board of Directors and senior management.Forewarn the management of any impending financialrisksthat hasthe potential to affect the company.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

3–5 years of post-CA experience.
Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of compliance, regulatory requirements, and financial controls.
