Hyderabad Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days/week WFO + Alternate Saturday working Compensation: ₹10–15 LPA Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Your Responsibilities As our Finance Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining financial transparency, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting donor reporting with precision. You will: File accurate monthly and quarterly TDS returns in line with statutory deadlines Manage quarterly FCRA and non-FCRA fund reporting, ensuring financial integrity Review monthly salary sheets for statutory deductions and payroll compliance Draft and share donor-aligned financial reports — customized to grant timelines and formats Prepare and submit Utilization Certificates (UCs) for grant-based projects Ensure audit readiness at all times, maintaining clean and accessible financial documentation Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to support audit processes Who You Are A qualified Chartered Accountant with 4–5 years of experience in finance, compliance, or donor reporting Prior experience in NGOs, donor-funded setups, or impact organizations is highly valued Proficient in tools like Tally, Excel, and Zoho Books Fluent in Hindi with strong communication skills (written and verbal) A self-starter who can work independently and collaborate cross-functionally when needed Ideally based in Hyderabad, or willing to relocate Preferred Qualifications Chartered Accountant (CA) with NGO/donor finance background Familiarity with FCRA regulations, TDS compliance, and grant-based financial systems What You’ll Get CTC: ₹10–15 LPA (based on experience and fit) A mission-driven work environment with autonomy and purpose The chance to directly support compliance for impactful social initiatives Show more Show less
