* Oversee and manage the entire finance and accounting function of the organization.
* Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
* Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability.
* Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, taxation, audits, GST, and financial reporting standards.
* Handle billing work including invoice generation, reconciliation, and timely collection.
* Develop and implement internal financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
* Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and other financial institutions.
* Support senior management in strategic planning, business decisions, and investment analysis.
* Review and approve payroll, vendor payments, and expense management.
* Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring cost optimization.
* Lead, guide, and mentor the finance and accounts team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
