Job Title: Finance Executive Location: Baywatch Resort, Sernabatim, South Goa Job Type: Full-time Reports To: Finance Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Finance Executive to manage daily financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of accounting principles and financial management. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Handle accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations. GST, TDS, VAT Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting. Monitor and report on financial performance and variances. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies. Coordinate with auditors and assist in internal and external audits. Support management with data analysis and financial insights for decision-making. Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures. Liaise with banks, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (Master’s or CA/CPA preferred). Proven experience as a Finance Executive or similar role. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Working Conditions: Office-based role, with occasional travel if required. May require extended hours during closing periods or audits.
