Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee

  day-to-day financial operations

  , including billing, collections, and expense tracking for brand collaborations and campaigns.
• Manage

  client invoicing

  and ensure timely follow-ups for payments.
• Handle

  vendor payouts

  , influencer payments, and maintain proper reconciliation records.
• Prepare

  financial reports, profit summaries, and cash flow statements

  for ongoing projects and monthly review.
• Maintain

  accurate records of campaign budgets, client retainers, and brand deal settlements

  .
• Support management with

  budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis

  for upcoming projects.
• Ensure

  compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements

  .
• Coordinate with internal teams, accountants, and auditors for documentation and financial approvals.
• Optimize processes for

  digital invoicing, approvals, and expense management

  using tools/software.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

  (Master’s preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in

  finance or accounts

  , preferably within media, advertising, or influencer marketing.
• Proficiency in

  Tally, Excel, and Google Sheets.

• Sound understanding of

  taxation, GST, TDS, and vendor compliance

• Excellent

  numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills

• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
