Key Responsibilties:

✅ Community Growth & Engagement – Build and expand our audience across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube & other platforms. Foster engagement through interactive content, trends, and audience conversations.

✅ Content Strategy & Execution – Assist in planning and executing viral-worthy content, including reels, stories, and trending formats.

✅ Trend Spotting & Optimization – Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes to optimize reach.

✅ Analytics & Reporting – Track insights, analyze engagement metrics, and tweak content strategy accordingly.

✅ Basic Video & Image Editing – Quick edits to ensure high-quality, engaging content goes live at the right time.

What we are looking for?

🔹 Passionate about Bollywood, entertainment, and pop culture

🔹 Strong understanding of social media platforms & their algorithms

🔹 Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to the table

🔹 Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or any editing tool is a plus

🔹 A team player with a go-getter attitude
