The job is located in Thane with a hybrid work model depending on the nature of work. You should have 1-2 years of experience to apply for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Community Growth & Engagement: Build and expand the audience on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and others. Foster engagement through interactive content, trends, and audience conversations. - Content Strategy & Execution: Assist in planning and executing viral-worthy content, including reels, stories, and trending formats. - Trend Spotting & Optimization: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes to optimize reach. - Analytics & Reporting: Track insights, analyze engagement metrics, and adjust content strategy accordingly. - Basic Video & Image Editing: Perform quick edits to ensure high-quality, engaging content goes live at the right time. **Qualifications Required:** - Passionate about Bollywood, entertainment, and pop culture. - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms. - Creative thinker with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table. - Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or any editing tool is a plus. - A team player with a go-getter attitude. - Candidates based in or around Thane or Mulund will be preferred.
