Job Title: Finance Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our fast-growing finance team. The ideal candidate is a CA-Inter qualified professional who wants to build a career in corporate finance within a dynamic startup environment. You will manage day-to-day accounting activities, monthly payroll, statutory compliance support, and play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Additional Information

• Type: In-Office role

• Shift Timings: 11AM-8pm (Mon-Sat) (Sunday fixed day off)

• Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Key Roles and Responsibilities

(Zoho Books or Tally).

reimbursements and corporate credit card statements

• Bank Reconciliation: Perform timely and accurate bank reconciliations for all company accounts on a weekly and monthly basis.

GST, TDS, and PF.

• Month-End Support: Assist the Finance Team with month-end closing activities, including preparing schedules, supporting report generation, and ensuring all transactions are accounted for.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Coordinate with the external CA firm

• Record Keeping: Ensure all financial documents are systematically filed and readily available for audits and review.

Prepare and process monthly payroll end-to-end

Who We Are Looking For Education & Experience (Must-Haves)

• Qualification: CA-Inter qualified is mandatory. We have a strong preference for candidates who have cleared both groups.

• Degree: A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Master of Commerce (M.Com).

3-year CA Articleship

• Good to Have: Exposure to fast-paced startup environments - such experience will earn significant brownie points. Technical Skills & Knowledge

Zoho Books is a significant advantage and highly preferred.

VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and SUMIFs.

GST and TDS, gained during articleship.
