Finance Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to join our team. If you have hands on managing financial transactions and a strong background in data entry on e-commerce platforms, we would love to hear from you.

Job Description: As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, overseeing data entry, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all financial records. You will work closely with e-commerce teams to maintain smooth operations and support the company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and refunds.
• Perform accurate data entry of financial information into accounting software and e-commerce platforms.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
• Coordinate with e-commerce team to ensure accurate financial reporting and data integration.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights.
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist in the preparation for audits and provide necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role, preferably in an e-commerce.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP 9, ) and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
• Experience with GST returns and tax compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
