About the Role

The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, ensuring accurate accounting, timely reporting, and assisting in the overall financial health of the organisation. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Very Good Knowledge in GST. Preparing the Workings for GSTR 1, GSTR 3B & GSTR 6 and Filing. Monthly Reconciliation of GSTR 2B / 2A vs Books.

2. Preparation and Filing of TDS Return. Applying TDS Refunds for the Prepaid Transactions and their Reconciliation.

3. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Reconciliation (Both Preparation and Rectification)

4. Record Journal Entries with Accuracy across Expense, Revenue, Balance Sheet Items, etc.,

5. Perform Bank Reconciliations and Manage Cash / Bank Ledgers.

6. Support Timely Monthly Book Closures

7. Proficient in Tally and MS Excel

8. Good Communication and Co-ordination skills
