to lead the finance, accounts, and taxation functions at our Corporate Office in Delhi NCR. This is a leadership role designed for a

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–10 years of experience

who is ready to take ownership of financial operations, compliance, and business strategy support. The ideal candidate will not only ensure strong financial controls but also partner with business heads in driving growth and efficiency.This opportunity is with a

, offering a chance to make a real impact while working closely with senior leadership.Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounts

Lead the corporate finance and accounts team.
Oversee annual budgeting, business plans, and finalization of balance sheets.
Review discount schemes for dealer/distributor network in coordination with the marketing team.
Drive receivables management and debt recovery.
Conduct periodic stock audits, physical verifications, and plant visits.
Support internal controls and process improvements (SAP environment).

Banking

Manage import/export documentation and EEFC account utilization.
Oversee renewal and maintenance of working capital/credit facilities with banks.

Taxation & Compliance

Handle income tax, TDS returns, advance tax calculation, and assessments.
Manage legal and secretarial compliance requirements.

Business Support

Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for board meetings.
Collaborate with branches, department heads, auditors, vendors, and banks.
Assist MD in managing the B2B sales portfolio.

Candidate Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–10 years of work experience.
Strong knowledge of finance, accounts, taxation, and banking operations.
SAP experience preferred.
Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Candidates located within 10 km of Delhi NCR corporate office preferred.
Prior experience in the Agri, FMCG, or dealer/distributor-based industry will be an advantage.
