Finance Associate

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Associate with strong knowledge in accounting and bookkeeping. In this role, you will manage end-to-end financial processes, including accurate data collection, financial analysis, reporting, and compliance. This position requires high attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in financial tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and perform regular bookkeeping activities
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports for management
• Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from various departments
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data accuracy and reporting needs

Who Can Apply

• Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills are a plus)
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in finance/accounting/BPO is preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
