Job Overview: We are currently hiring Customer Success Associates to join our growing team supporting a US-based Dental Process . This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers in international voice-based customer service and back-end operations within the dental healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients based in the United States. Schedule dental appointments, verify insurance eligibility, and update patient records using practice management software. Accurately document all interactions while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide clear, empathetic, and professional communication to deliver a high standard of customer service. Collaborate with team members and maintain performance metrics in a dynamic work environment. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English . Prior experience in a US healthcare/dental voice process is preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone) . Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office tools . Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.
