Job Description: We are currently hiring for the position of Voice Process Executive for our US Dental Process. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, from patients based in the United States. Schedule patient appointments, verify insurance eligibility, and update records in practice management software. Accurately document all interactions and maintain confidentiality of patient and insurance information. Provide clear and professional communication to ensure excellent customer service. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Previous experience in a US healthcare/dental voice process preferred, but not mandatory. Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone). Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office tools. Strong attention to detail
