We seek a highly detail-oriented individual with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills to join our team as an Offshore Medical Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with onshore medical professionals, providing essential support in various aspects of healthcare operations and practice management. Responsibilities: Possess computer skills to navigate and work with healthcare practice management software effectively. Apply your medical knowledge in processing and interpreting treatment procedures. Compile comprehensive narratives about medical procedures when required. Play a crucial role in reviewing and verifying claim submissions in a database system. Work closely with onshore physicians and healthcare providers to provide seamless offshore support. Qualifications: A Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree is required. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer skills for navigating and using medical practice management software. Ability to apply medical knowledge in a practical, administrative setting. Proficient in written communication, especially in composing treatment narratives.
