Job Description – Finance & Administration Executive

Work Type: Full-time[Onsite]

Job Summary

We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and responsible Finance & Administration Executive to manage daily financial operations and administrative functions at CD Business Solutions. This role ensures accurate bookkeeping, timely reporting, compliance, documentation management, and smooth office coordination as per the Company Policy of CD Business Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

A. Finance & Accounting

● Maintain day-to-day financial records including invoices, receipts, expenses,& pettycash.

● Maintain accurate books of accounts and ledgers.

● Manage accounts payable/receivable and perform bank reconciliations.

● Prepare and submit monthly financial reports including revenue and expense summaries.

● Prepare and process vendor payments, staff reimbursements, and office expenses.

● Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients for timely collections.

● Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.

● Oversee international payments and maintain related documentation.

● File GST and TDS returns on time and prepare/manage TDS challans.

● Coordinate with external accountants for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

● Assist in annual audits by preparing necessary financial records & coordinating with auditors .

● Maintain digital and physical financial documentation as per the company’s record keeping policy.

B. Statutory Compliance

● Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and all statutory returns.

● Maintain compliance documents and update necessary registers.

● Support management and auditors with accurate documentation for statutory audits.

C. Payroll & HR Support

● Maintain attendance and leave records; prepare monthly payroll inputs.

● Assist HR with employee file management, onboarding documents, and agreements.

● Support issuance of offer letters, NDAs, contracts, and other HR documents.

● Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information.

D. Administration & Operations

● Manage office supplies, assets, inventories, and vendor coordination.

● Ensure proper documentation of company contracts, service agreements, and internal forms.

● Manage company email responses, scheduling, filing, scanning,& organized documentation.

● Assist in coordinating internal communication and logistics.

● Support daily operational tasks assigned by management.

● Maintain administrative files and ensure all documentation is structured as per SOPs.

E. Compliance & Policy Adherence

● Follow all guidelines as per HR Policy – CD Business Solutions.

● Maintain confidentiality, data security, punctuality, and professional behavior at all times.

● Ensure transparency and accuracy in all financial and administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

● 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounts, administration, or payroll.

● Proficiency in Tally or Zoho Books, MS Excel, and general office tools.

● Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

● High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

● Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Preferred Skills

● Experience in managing office correspondence and email communication.

● Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

● 100% accuracy in bookkeeping and monthly financial reporting.

● Timely GST & TDS filings and compliance submissions.

● Error-free payroll processing and attendance management.

● Smooth office coordination and vendor management.

● Well-maintained documentation and audit readiness.

● Professional behavior, punctuality, and adherence to HR policies.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
