We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience in the NBFC or BFSI sector. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and hands-on experience with Broker Suit, Tally, and Advanced Excel. The candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly financial statements, stock reconciliation, and addressing RBI-related queries.

Responsibilities

 Prepare and finalize monthly Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts.

 Manage daily and monthly accounting entries in Tally, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

 Handle stock/inventory reconciliation with broker and internal systems.

 Ensure proper functioning and reconciliation through Broker Suit software.

 Coordinate and respond to RBI queries, ensuring timely and accurate submission of data and reports.

 Monitor and review financial data for audit purposes and internal reviews.

 Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements as per regulatory requirements.

 Ensure compliance with RBI/NBFC regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.

 Manage vendor and intercompany reconciliations.

 Work on MIS reporting, cash flow, and budgeting-related activities.

 Use Advanced Excel for financial modelling, data analysis, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.

Qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4–5 years of relevant experience.

 Experience in NBFC or financial services domain is a must.

 Proficiency in Broker Suit, Tally ERP, and Advanced Excel.

 Strong understanding of accounting standards, balance sheet finalization, and P&L preparation.

 Familiarity with RBI regulatory compliance and reporting processes.

 Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
