As an Associate/Senior Associate in Finance and Accounts, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills and expertise in reconciliation and accounts receivable while providing excellent communication with customers. With a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, you will be based in Trivandrum. Your primary responsibility will involve handling inbound and outbound calls related to customer accounts, offering financial guidance and support. You will be expected to conduct detailed account reconciliation, identify discrepancies, and proactively work towards resolving them. Additionally, you will provide financial advice and information to customers, addressing inquiries regarding billing, statements, and account details.
