1. To handle entire gamut of Financial Accounting activities.
2. Develop and implement Strategic and Annual Operating Business Plan.
3. Ensure proper systems in place with respect to Accounting, Costing, Budgets, Audit, and Taxation.
4. Develop and Document the Business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen Internal controls.
5. Monitoring of the Actual Performance with the Budget/ Forecasts.
6. Provides Financial Analysis, Interpretation of Variances from budgets, Forecast and Advice to Management.
7. To Minimize and Control the Overhead Expenses by Comparing & ensuring Optimum Utilization of Resources.
8. Analyzing MIS and reporting to Senior Management.
