Job Summary:

Centurion Polyplast Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced Finance & Accounts Head to lead and manage its overall financial operations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in loan syndication, term loans, working capital management, export finance, taxation, and compliance, along with fluent English communication skills to coordinate effectively with management, auditors, and banking institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management

• Manage day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure effective fund management and cost control across departments.

2. Loan Syndication & Banking Operations

• Handle term loans, loan syndication, and working capital arrangements with banks and NBFCs.
• Prepare CMA data, project reports, and renewal documentation for financial institutions.
• Liaise with banks for loan sanction, renewals, and compliance documentation.
• Manage interest calculations, repayment schedules, and maintain strong banking relations.

3. Accounting & Audit

• Supervise AR/AP, general ledger, and reconciliation activities.
• Finalize accounts and coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.
• Ensure accuracy and timely closing of books.

4. Taxation & Compliance

• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings and ensure legal compliance.
• Coordinate with consultants for audits, assessments, and financial reviews.
• Maintain up-to-date statutory records and documentation.

5. Export Finance & Documentation

• Manage export-related billing, LC, forex transactions, and realization tracking.
• Coordinate with banks for export finance and incentive claims.
• Ensure proper documentation for DGFT and customs compliance.

6. Strategic Financial Planning

• Provide strategic inputs to management for financial decision-making.
• Implement internal control systems and optimize financial performance.
• Support business expansion, budgeting, and cost efficiency initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA Finance / M.Com
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years in Finance & Accounts (Manufacturing background preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Loan Syndication, Term Loans, Working Capital, Export Finance, GST, and Banking Compliance
• Fluent English Communication (Verbal & Written) – mandatory
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and ERP Systems
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills
