Finance & Accounts Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting & Finance Coordinator to manage day-to-day financial operations, coordinate with our Chartered Accountant (CA), ensure statutory compliance, and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bookkeeping, tax filings, payroll coordination, and financial reporting for our IT services business. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records (daily bookkeeping, invoicing, expense tracking, etc.) Prepare and manage accounts payable and receivable Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts regularly Liaise with external Chartered Accountant for ITR, GST, TDS, ROC filings, and audits Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and deadlines Coordinate monthly payroll processing and employee reimbursements Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Maintain records for vendor payments, employee advances, and project billing Manage company’s accounting software and documentation systems Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely financial inputs and approvals Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent) 1+ years of experience in a similar finance/accounting role Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements Experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar) Strong Excel skills and basic understanding of financial reports Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with CAs, vendors, and internal teams Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-focused Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with IT service companies or startups Familiarity with MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) compliance Experience coordinating audits and financial due diligence
