Finance & Accounts Manager

You will be responsible for managing the finance and accounts department at DEK & Mavericks Green Energy Ltd. Your key responsibilities will include: - Having a good knowledge of Tally, TDS & GST. - Conducting debtors & creditors reconciliation. - Preparing & finalizing accounting reports. - Liaising with banks and handling documentation. - Ensuring timely and successful resolution of any queries. - Demonstrating a good understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles. - Coordinating and completing annual audits. - Assigning tasks, directing staff, and ensuring compliance & accuracy. - Leading and managing accounting teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Your skill set should include: - Excellent understanding of accounting practices. - Good understanding in taxation (direct & indirect). - Advanced excel and tally skills. - Team management abilities. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Good communication and adaptability. - Quick learner. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience. The job location is Ahmedabad, Shyamal Cross Road. This is a full-time, permanent position.
