Role Overview


The Field Supervisor will be responsible for managing and monitoring the activities of the field verification team, ensuring timely completion of cases, quality reporting, and adherence to client guidelines. The role involves coordination between back-office staff, field executives, and clients, along with regular on-site visits and team supervision. 


This is a full-time, on-site role requiring a balance of operational coordination and field oversight. 


Key Responsibilities 


1. Team Supervision & Coordination: Supervise field executives across assigned regions or zones. 

Monitor progress on daily basis. Ensure field reports, photographs, and documents are accurate and submitted within TAT. Conduct regular field visits to verify the quality and authenticity of field work. 


2. Process Management: Review field reports and ensure they meet client and internal standards. 

Track case status on client portals or internal systems. Coordinate closely with back-office executives for case updates, data entry, and report submission. Ensure adherence to operational processes, checklists, and verification protocols. 


3. Client & Internal Communication: Communicate with clients or regional coordinators regarding field progress or escalations. Address client queries related to pending or disputed field cases. Report daily and weekly updates to Assistant Manager or Operations Manager. 


4. Quality & Compliance: Perform random checks to ensure data integrity and prevent reporting discrepancies. Train new field executives on company SOPs, case handling, and reporting standards. 

Maintain high standards of ethics, confidentiality, and client compliance during all field operations. 


5. Performance & Reporting: Track performance of field executives (productivity, timeliness, quality). 

Identify underperforming areas and implement corrective actions.  Prepare daily/weekly reports on field activity, TAT, and completion rates. 



Qualifications & Skills


Education: Minimum Post Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with background in operations, logistics, or field coordination will be preferred. 


Experience: 3 years of experience in field verification, audit, collection, or on-ground operations. 

Prior experience supervising field teams in banking, NBFC, or risk management domain is an added advantage. 


Technical Skills: Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and mobile-based verification apps. 

Familiarity with client portals or CRM tools for case tracking. Basic data entry and reporting skills. 


Soft Skills: Strong leadership and people management ability. 

Excellent communication and coordination skills (Hindi & English). 

Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. 

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 

Willingness to travel locally for field monitoring and team supervision.
