Job Description: Role Overview We are seeking a full-time Field Officer to be based in the Greater Noida. The Field Officer will play a crucial role in managing daily operations in the field, engaging with clients, performing site inspections, and ensuring that project milestones are achieved within the specified timelines. Additionally, this position requires collaboration with both internal teams and external partners. Compensation Salary: 25K-35K Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective coordination with clients and staff. Strong capacity to work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision. Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle on-ground operational challenges efficiently. Familiarity with construction sites, infrastructure facilities, and large-scale housekeeping operations. Exceptional time management and organizational skills to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion. Experience in project supervision and field-level management of housekeeping activities. Proficient in managing and supervising housekeeping personnel to maintain high service standards. Skilled in manpower deployment, including arranging housekeeping staff as per site requirements. Adept at client coordination and regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and compliance with service agreements.
