The Field Officer will play a crucial role in managing daily operations in the field, engaging with clients, performing site inspections, and ensuring that project milestones are achieved within the specified timelines. Proficient in managing and supervising housekeeping personnel to maintain high service standards. Skilled in manpower deployment, including arranging housekeeping staff as per site requirements. Adept at client coordination and regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and compliance with service agreements.
