Description We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Officer / Market Sales Representative (MSR) to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our products in the field. Responsibilities Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned territory. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals. Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships. Gather market intelligence and report on competitors and market trends. Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans. Skills and Qualifications Diploma / bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
