Business Development Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. Full training and mentorship will be provided for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through research, networking, and online platforms. Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings. Present and promote company services or products to prospects. Maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients. Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs and solutions. Keep records of sales activities using CRM tools. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets and KPIs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred). Freshers are encouraged to apply – training will be provided. Strong communication and presentation skills. A positive attitude and a passion for sales and client interaction. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
