Job Title: Field Sales Manager Location: Ranchi Department: Sales / Business Development Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Zonal Sales Head Experience Required: minimum 2 years in field sales or team management Qualification: Graduate in any discipline Job Summary:The Field Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of field sales executives to achieve sales targets, expand market reach, and grow customer relationships. This role involves strategic planning, on-ground supervision, and performance tracking to ensure high productivity and market penetration. Key Responsibilities:Lead, train, and manage a team of field sales executives to drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Develop and execute area-specific sales strategies to capture new customers and retain existing ones. Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance, customer engagement, and competitor activity. Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, or retail partners (as applicable). Ensure timely reporting of sales data, market insights, and lead status through CRM or reporting tools. Organize and oversee promotional activities, product demos, and roadshows in the field. Resolve customer issues or escalations quickly to ensure satisfaction and retention. Track and analyze sales performance metrics and guide team members to improve outcomes. Maintain strong coordination with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams for smooth operations. Monitor compliance with company policies, pricing, and documentation standards.
