Responsibilities : New Business Development – Identify and approach prospective retailers, wholesalers, and distributors within the assigned territory to expand the customer base. Sales Target Achievement – Promote and sell the company’s product range, ensuring monthly volume and revenue goals are met or exceeded. Account Servicing – Visit existing customers on a scheduled beat, take repeat orders, address issues, and strengthen long-term relationships. Payment Collection – Collect payments on or before the due date in line with agreed credit terms and promptly resolve any outstanding dues. Market Intelligence – Monitor competitor prices, promotions, and market trends; share concise updates with the sales manager for strategic planning. Reporting & Documentation – Accurately record daily calls, visits, orders, and collections in the company CRM or designated spreadsheet, maintaining 100 % data accuracy. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Commerce/Marketing/Business preferred) 1–3 years field-sales experience Familiarity with luggage/bags market is an advantage Fluent in Marathi & Hindi; functional English for reporting Proficient with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets/CRM basics Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler + valid driving licence; ready to travel 70 % of the time Strong prospecting, negotiation, and payment-collection skills Target-driven, self-disciplined, and ethical in conduct Key Skills: 1. English Communication Skills. 2. Basic computer skills 3. Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations 4. Time management 5. Researching and analysing sales options Compensation: Base salary: Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 30,000 per month Additional incentives based on sales performance Travel Allowances Note - The exact salary will be decided based on your skills, experience and interview performance.
