Job Description

Graduate & Post Graduate in Cosmetics industry1-3 years working experience in sales field.

Candidate residing in Bengaluru will be preferred.

Market Research

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries.
Analyze market trends and competitors to stay informed about the latest developments.Lead Generation:
Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research.
Qualify leads based on company criteria and assess potential for business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand clients' needs and objectives, and propose suitable solutions.Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
Highlight the benefits and unique selling points of the company's products or services.
Prepare and submit proposals to clients.Negotiate terms and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Achieving Targets:
Set and achieve sales targets and objectives.
Monitor and report on sales performance.Market Expansion:
Identify opportunities for market expansion and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
Feedback and Improvement:
Gather feedback from clients and use it to improve products or services.
Provide insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
