Field Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive at Doc-Aid, a SaaS-based clinic management solution provider, your role will involve identifying and approaching potential customers to expand our customer base. You will pitch Doc-Aid's features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients, conduct in-person product demos, and address client queries effectively. Building and maintaining relationships with both existing and new customers will be crucial, along with achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. You will also be responsible for maintaining records of sales leads, customer accounts, and follow-ups in CRM tools, providing valuable feedback to the product and marketing teams based on client interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approach potential customers. - Pitch Doc-Aid's features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients. - Conduct product demos (in-person) and address client queries. - Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain records of sales leads, customer accounts, and follow-ups in CRM tools. - Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on client interactions. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any discipline. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. - Comfortable with field visits and client meetings. - Prior sales experience in SaaS, healthcare, or software services is preferred but not mandatory.
