As part of our expansion, we are onboarding stores across all categories—food outlets, salons, medical stores, fashion, electronics, general stores, and more. Role Overview We are looking for energetic Field Sales Executives to scale Frycold Storefront by onboarding retail stores across the city. You will explain our platform, help merchants complete KYC, and ensure successful activation. This is a performance-driven role with daily targets and high earning potential. Key Responsibilities Visit various local businesses daily and onboard them to Frycold Storefront Explain platform benefits: Dollar marketplace, no commissions, free delivery, no hidden charges Collect and verify store documents for KYC completion Assist stores in setting up their basic profile and activation Ensure each merchant understands how to use the Frycold dashboard/app Meet daily and monthly onboarding targets Maintain logs of visits, onboarded stores, and completed KYCs Build positive relationships with store owners to encourage ongoing usage Represent Frycold professionally in the assigned territory Eligibility & Skills 12th pass / Graduate (any stream) Prior field sales or merchant onboarding experience is preferred Good communication skills in Hindi/Marathi Smartphone + willingness to travel locally Basic understanding of KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, store proof) Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined Compensation ₹50 per completed KYC Minimum target: 25 KYCs per day Additional incentives for high performers Monthly payouts based on verified KYCs Why Join Frycold?
