Field Sales Executive

As a Business Development Executive focusing on the HoReCa sector, your role is crucial in driving business growth by expanding market presence and achieving set business targets in the assigned territory. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and Expand HoReCa Business: Identify and onboard new Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering clients to increase market share. - Field Sales & Client Visits: Conduct regular field visits to build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understand their needs, and offer suitable solutions. - Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Demand Generation: Drive product visibility and demand through on-ground promotions, sampling, and merchandising in HoReCa outlets. - Product Knowledge & Demonstration: Educate customers on product offerings, conduct product demos, and provide training on usage and benefits. - Route Planning & Coverage: Plan daily routes for optimal area coverage and client engagement. - Order Management: Ensure timely order booking, coordination with supply chain/logistics, and on-time delivery. - Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions in the HoReCa sector. - Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure repeat business. - Coordinate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with branches, supply chain, and marketing teams for smooth operations and customer satisfaction. **Preferred Candidate Profile:** - 2+ years of field sales experience, preferably in HoReCa or B2C food & beverage sales. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Willingness for extensive fieldwork and travel. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Local candidates from Kalavoor, Alappuzha preferred due to regional focus. The company offers cell phone and internet reimbursement, leave encashment, day shift schedule, performance bonus, and a preference for candidates fluent in Malayalam.
