Job Title Field Sales Executive – Google Pay Merchant Credit Loans Company: Netambit Job Summary: As a Field Sales Executive for Google Pay’s Merchant Credit Loan division, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and assisting small and medium business (SMB) merchants in availing credit facilities through the GPay for Business platform. You will act as the face of the company in your assigned territory, helping merchants understand loan offerings, completing their documentation, and ensuring smooth disbursement through digital channels. Key Responsibilities:🏪 Merchant Acquisition & OnboardingIdentify and visit small business owners and merchants who use or can benefit from GPay for Business. Promote GPay Merchant Credit Loan products and explain eligibility, benefits, and repayment terms. Assist merchants in completing KYC and digital onboarding processes. Ensure merchants are active users of GPay’s payment and credit services. 💰 Loan Sales & ConversionGenerate leads through field visits, referrals, and local business networking. Convert leads into successful loan applications by guiding merchants through the digital loan journey. Achieve assigned targets for loan applications, approvals, and disbursements. Coordinate with backend loan processing and verification teams (NBFC partners) to ensure timely approvals. Reporting & Market IntelligenceMaintain and update daily sales reports, merchant visit logs, and loan conversion data. Provide feedback from the market on merchant needs, competitor offerings, and process improvements. Track merchant repayment and satisfaction levels for portfolio health and retention. 🤝 Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with merchants to encourage repeat business and referrals. Support merchants post-loan disbursement with repayment tracking and issue resolution. Work collaboratively with internal teams for seamless customer service. Other Requirements: Smartphone with internet access. Willingness to travel within assigned territory. Basic knowledge of digital payments and lending ecosystem. Performance Metrics (KPIs):Number of merchant visits per day Loan application and disbursement volume Conversion rate (%) Merchant satisfaction and retention rate Compliance and documentation accuracy Compensation & Benefits (Indicative):Fixed Salary: ₹20,000– ₹24,000 per month (based on experience and city). Incentives: Performance-based incentives on loan disbursements.
