Ad Sales / Field Sales Executive

Job Title:

Job Summary:

The Ad Sales / Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating revenue by identifying potential clients, pitching advertising solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with businesses. This role includes field visits, client meetings, and driving sales growth for Dainik Bhaskar’s print and digital platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and visit potential clients to pitch Dainik Bhaskar’s print and digital advertising solutions.
Generate new business through field sales, cold calls, and market visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and propose customized advertising packages.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for ad bookings, artwork, and scheduling.
Follow up for payments, renewals, and repeat business.
Prepare daily sales visit reports and update CRM/MIS.
Conduct market mapping and competitor tracking.
Ensure timely resolution of client queries.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline
1–4 years of field sales experience (media/advertising preferred).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong networking abilities and willingness to travel.
Target-driven and customer-focused.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
