Your Key Responsibilities

• Merchant Acquisition:

  Identify and visit retail outlets, Kirana stores, and restaurants to pitch our digital payment products.

• Onboarding:

  Handle the end-to-end documentation and digital KYC process for merchants to ensure a seamless setup.

• Product Demonstration:

  Clearly explain the benefits of our ecosystem, including transaction safety, settlement cycles, and value-added services (like lending or insurance).

• Relationship Management:

  Maintain a strong rapport with existing merchants to ensure they continue using our services and to upsell new features. •

  Market Intelligence:

  Keep a pulse on competitor activity in your assigned territory and provide feedback to the city leads.

• Targets:

  Achieve daily and monthly targets for active merchant installations and transaction volumes.

  Fluent in the local language and basic English. You can explain complex tech in simple terms.

  Soft Skills:

  Basic numerical skills to explain transaction MDR (Merchant Discount Rate) and settlements
