Role Overview:

As a Payments Product Manager at a leading TSP, you will be responsible for building,

scaling, and optimizing digital payment products and parterships power merchants,

corporates, and financial institutions. You’ll develop new use cases for product, drive

collaboration with partners, banks for Payment Gateway, PoS & other digital payment

solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the product strategy and roadmap defined by senior management for TSP-led

payment solutions (PG, PoS, UPI-PPI, eRUPI, BBPS and Payment APIs).

• Work closely with internal and external tech teams to build product workflows/user

journey, facilitate intergrations and UAT testing, go-live enablement.

• Identify new opportunities in merchant acquiring, embedded payments, and digital

disbursement solutions.

• Build alliance with leading banks for various payment solutions

• Track product performance metrics, user adoption, and transaction trends to inform

continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with banks and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment with compliance

and certification standards.

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of products — from ideation, requirement gathering, and

GTM planning to launch and iteration.

• Partner with sales, operations, and customer success teams to translate client needs

into actionable product enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA or Fintech

specialization preferred).

• 6–8years of product management experience in Fintech, Payments or Banking

Payments.

• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and payment flows

• Experience with PG, PoS, UPI, PPI, BBPS, eRUPI and API-based payment

solutions.

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders — External partners (banks, fintechs),

internal tech and compliance.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication and negotiation skills
