Payments Product Manager

Role Overview: As a member of the Roarbank team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing product strategies to ensure the success of our digital banking platform. Your responsibilities will include collecting and delivering technical documentation, collaborating with various teams, delivering reports, and using data analytics to optimize product performance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement product strategies, policies, and procedures based on market trends and regulatory changes - Collect and provide technical documentation from partner banks and vendors to internal development teams - Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, marketing, compliance, and finance teams for smooth product launches - Produce regular management and regulatory reports on product performance and compliance - Utilize data analytics to enhance product performance and make data-driven decisions on features, pricing, and user experience Qualifications Required: - Proven track record of working with third-party providers and negotiating contracts - Possess an analytical mindset with a focus on building customer-centric digital products - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Fluency in English Additional Company Details: Roarbank is a digital banking platform launched by Unity SFB in collaboration with Fintech Farm, a global neobanking technology provider.
