Job Description

Position: Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

Department: Human Resources

Location: Mumbai

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR professional to handle end-to-end Talent

Acquisition along with HR Operations (70% Recruitment & 30% Operations). The role involves partnering with business leaders to

attract top talent, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, and driving operational

excellence in HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, interviewing, and

onboarding candidates.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job

descriptions.

• Build strong talent pipelines using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and

networking.

• Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and selection processes.

• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and update HRIS/HRMS systems.

• Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.

• Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and compliance documentation.

• Handle employee queries related to HR processes and provide timely resolution.

• Support training and development initiatives, employee engagement activities, and

performance review cycles.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and HR operations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/portals.

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related

field.

• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

• Prior experience in a fast-paced/start-up environment is an added advantage.
