We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activity.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client queries promptly.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in field sales or business development, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Good negotiation and closing skills.
