Field Sales Executive - B2B

As a Field Sales Executive - B2B with Prestige Pursuits Pvt. Ltd. (Channel Partner of Procter & Gamble) "P&G" Brands, your role will involve engaging with corporate clients, developing business strategies, and ensuring successful sales meetings. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting 5-6 client visits daily to corporate companies for sales meetings. - Understanding the business model and critical success factors of the HORECA segment. - Implementing cross-selling, upselling, and range expansion strategies. - Creating and executing area coverage plans to achieve targeted sales goals. - Managing regular accounts and ensuring profitability in the HORECA segment. - Interacting with various business houses and corporates in the assigned region to close deals. - Collaborating with stakeholders to finalize business deals and ensure timely order execution. - Leading bulk sales of all company merchandise. - Managing existing clients while acquiring new clients. - Creating awareness of products and brands in new markets. - Addressing client queries promptly and providing excellent service. - Disseminating information on product use and new launches effectively. The skills required for this role include: - 2-3 years of experience in Pharma/FMCG/HORECA as a B2B Sales Manager or in a relevant role. - Freshers with an MBA degree or related internship experience are also considered. - Demonstrated sales track record. - Proficiency in computer skills and English, with a presentable demeanor. - Market knowledge and strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to build rapport with clients. - Effective time management and planning abilities. - Graduation/Post-Graduation in Marketing.
