Field Sales Executive - B2B

You will be working as a Field Sales Executive - B2B for Prestige Pursuits Pvt. Ltd., a Channel Partner of Procter & Gamble (P&G) Brands (Braun Gillette/ Olay / Whisper etc.) in Gurugram. Your role will involve daily visits to 5-6 clients (Corporate Companies etc.) for sales meetings. You will need to understand the business model and critical success factors of the HORECA segment, engage in cross-selling, upselling, and range expansion, develop area coverage plans, and plan and achieve target account-wise shares. It will be your responsibility to manage existing clients, acquire new clients, create awareness of products and the brand in the new market, and ensure timely order execution. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct daily visits to 5-6 clients for sales meetings - Understand the business model and critical success factors of the HORECA segment - Engage in cross-selling, upselling, and range expansion - Develop area coverage plans - Plan and achieve target account-wise shares - Manage existing clients and acquire new clients - Create awareness of products and the brand in the new market - Ensure timely order execution - Lead bulk sale of all merchandise of the company Qualifications Required: - Proven 2-3 years of working experience in Pharma/FMCG/ HORECA as a B2B Sales Manager or a relevant role - Freshers with an MBA graduate or any related internship experience are accepted - Proficiency in computer skills - Proficiency in English and presentable - Market knowledge - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to build rapport - Effective time management and planning skills - Must be a graduate/postgraduate in Marketing Please note that the salary for this position will be decided based on the interview and as per your experience.
