Field Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The Field Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring optimal execution of strategies, maintaining high service quality, and meeting organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, field team coordination, performance monitoring, and customer satisfaction management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage field teams, including assigning tasks and monitoring daily activities.
• Ensure field operations are aligned with company policies, safety protocols, and service standards.
• Plan, implement, and monitor logistics, distribution, or service schedules.
• Regularly audit operational processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and productivity.
• Liaise with cross-functional departments like sales, logistics, HR, and finance to ensure seamless coordination.
• Track and report performance metrics (KPIs), such as coverage, turnaround time, productivity, and cost-efficiency.
• Resolve field-level challenges, including client complaints, delays, and resource issues.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company standards.
• Recruit, train, and motivate field staff to enhance performance.
• Prepare periodic reports and present updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–7 years of experience in field operations, logistics, or service delivery.
• Proven team management and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM/ERP software is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in a dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
