Field Operations Manager

You will be part of Zomato Manipal's online ordering (O2) business as a Field & Operations Manager (FOM), where you will play a crucial role in expanding the Logistics team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth delivery experience for our customers by developing innovative solutions that enhance our delivery partner ecosystem. As an ideal candidate, you should possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, along with empathy, to drive growth and bring about a positive impact. The role requires a minimum of 1-4 years of work experience in operations management, with proficiency in Kannada as a mandatory language and Tulu as a preferable language. You will be based in Manipal, Karnataka, and the job type is full-time and permanent.
