We’re a fast-growing business in the home services space — and we’re looking for someone who knows how to make things happen on the ground in Ahmedabad.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. You'll lead field-level execution, coordinate hiring efforts, manage local workflows, and solve problems in real time. Think of it as part recruiter, part operator, part firefighter.

You’ll be one of the earliest hires in our operations team and play a critical role in scaling our service footprint in Ahmedabad.

You Might Be a Fit If You:

Have experience coordinating or managing blue-collar teams

Are operationally sharp and love solving day-to-day field challenges

Know how to hire fast, move fast, and adapt even faster

Can work with minimal structure and take full ownership

Have worked in dynamic environments like agencies, startups, or manpower operations

Bonus Points:

Familiarity with hiring in residential or service sectors

Local network in Ahmedabad

Past experience with high-volume hiring or ground logistics

Comfortable working weekends or off-hours during scale-up mode
