About the Role:

We are seeking a smart, energetic, and highly adaptable Operations Manager to oversee and execute on-ground project deployments across the North India belt. The ideal candidate will be proactive, hands-on, and able to manage the operational aspects of project execution from site setup to successful delivery. This role requires extensive travel and direct interaction with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● 1–3 years of experience in operations, field execution, or project management (preferably in infrastructure, utilities, or technical service domains)

● Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language

● Highly adaptable to changing field conditions and problem-solving on the go

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

● Willingness and ability to travel extensively

● Graduate degree (Engineering or Management background preferred but not mandatory)
