Field Operations Manager

Location: Trivandrum, Kochi, Thrissur

Experience: 2+ years in Operations, preferably in Hostel, Hotel, Co-living, or Property Management sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day field operations across multiple hostels/properties, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out and tenant experience.

* Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management for housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams.

* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.

* Act as the primary point of contact between tenants, hostel management, and institutions, ensuring seamless communication.

* Handle tenant queries, complaints, and escalations effectively, providing timely resolutions.

* Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hostel supplies, maintenance, and food services.

* Monitor rent collection, track pending dues, and ensure accurate occupancy records.

* Prepare operational reports, cost analysis, and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for management review.

* Implement cost-control measures while improving efficiency and maximizing occupancy.

* Ensure compliance with hostel rules, safety protocols, and emergency handling (medical, fire, or security incidents).

* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance) to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.

* Drive continuous improvement in field operations to support business expansion and scalability.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

* Minimum 2 years of experience in hostel, hotel, co-living, or property operations.

* Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work on-ground, travel across properties, and handle escalations under pressure.

* Proficiency in MS Office and operational management tools/software.

* Strong communication, organizational, and vendor management abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
