Recently, NoBroker secured $5 million in funding from Google to expand and enhance NoBrokerHood's impact.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Operations Manager located in Bengaluru. The Field Operations Manager will oversee and manage daily operations within gated societies, ensuring seamless implementation of NoBrokerHood's features. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with stakeholders, addressing customer queries, supervising on-ground staff, and streamlining operational workflows. The role involves monitoring overall system performance, ensuring compliance with all security standards, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong operational management skills, including people management and workflow coordination
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including residents, society admins, and guards
  • Should have a two wheeler with a valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for managing on-ground challenges
  • Knowledge of community management systems or prop-tech platforms is an advantage
  • Experience in using technology-based tools for operational efficiency and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
