Role Overview: As a Field Operations Manager at EcomaxGo, a Govt of India backed startup based in Delhi, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and coordinate all field activities across multiple locations. Your goal will be to ensure the efficient execution of projects, meeting safety standards, timelines, budget constraints, and maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction. This pivotal role involves bridging the gap between the office and field teams to facilitate smooth daily operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise daily field operations and field staff - Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation - Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations - Support hiring, training, and development of field staff - Manage equipment, supplies, and logistical requirements across job sites - Prepare regular reports on the status and challenges of field operations - Promptly resolve any field-related issues to minimize downtime and cost overruns Qualifications Required: - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Proven track record of effectively managing field operations - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with office and field teams - Mandatory requirement of owning a bike - Salary range between 25k to 30k with additional reimbursement benefits,
