We are hiring for the position of Field Operations Manager in Bangalore. We are looking for an individual with at least 3 years of experience in Operations/field recruitment. Immediate joining is preferred. We are in search of a passionate and motivated individual with hands-on experience in field recruitment and operations to become a part of our team! Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end hiring of field recruiters and delivery personnel. - Conducting training sessions and ensuring client-level targets are achieved on time. - Strong understanding of the 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) business model. - Managing and reducing rider attrition through proactive engagement. - Conducting regular field audits and executing on-ground activities to attract new riders. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring operational alignment. What We're Looking For: - Proven field recruitment & team management experience. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Willingness to travel and be on-ground when required.
